Ihsan Abdel Quddous

I think I’ve finally decided upon translating a work by Ihsan Abdel Quddous for my summer project. A number of people have recommended his work to me as a good starting point for some literary translation. I’m not sure whether to focus on a short story collection or one of his political works, but I got a few of his books out of the library today and am completely enthralled by the cover art alone…love them!
